Here is a great debate about "King James Onlyism" - the view that the only faithful and reliable version of the Bible can be the King James Version. It features Jack Moorman (the King James Only guy) and James White, a Reformed Baptist who (in my opinion) demonstrates that the KJO position is flawed.

ReplyDeleteSerious Biblical scholarship requires using several versions side-by-side. For Old Testament study, I use (at the very least) the KJB, The New Jerusalem Bible and The Jewish Study Bible.
